Making pasta is a family affair for us. We've made pasta together since our daughter was born, so it is very much a comfort food for us. It's family, fun, and good times. This passion for good, heart-warming food grew into the concept of Rafael's Table after we moved to Huntsville in 2020. Huntsville has a big foodie scene, so it was an easy choice to open Rafael's Table here. As Julie Child said, "People who love to eat are always the best people." And Huntsville is filled with the best people!
We make our products in small batches, by hand. Whether you're enjoying our pasta, our pecans, crepe mixes, biscotti, salt blends, or herb blends, you can rest assured it was infused with our passion for great food.
As a local maker, what does it mean to you to be part of a flourishing community in Huntsville?
"Flourishing" to us is seeing the smiling faces of our customers as they come in our shop or hearing their laughter while taking one of our cooking classes. It's the wonderful conversations we have and the recipes we share. It's enjoying the stories of how much their families enjoyed our pasta. It's the feeling we get each day as we close the shop and give appreciation for everyone with whom we've been able to share the Rafael's Table experience.
