Over 20 years ago, I had a plan to start a coffee business with a partner. We realized that everyone has a different flavor palate, so our passion is to provide Huntsville (and everywhere else!) with freshly roasted coffee to accentuate the 800+ potential flavor notes found in coffees all around the world. To do that, we focus on single origin roasts, but we found the featured Rocket Rooster Blend to be a harmonious combination of our Brazilian and Indian beans. We select high quality single origin green coffee from countries all around the world and our coffee specialists roast it fresh in store every day. We thrive on sharing the love of coffee and God with those in our community, and we think Huntsville is the coolest city in the nation - because of how many engineers we have, there is a lot more thought that goes into everything.
As a local maker, what does it mean to you to be part of a flourishing community in Huntsville?
We love connecting with our community whether in store or at farmers markets. We strive to meet our customers' coffee needs with excellence while also giving them personable customer service. At RCCR, we admire our local crafts makers and are inspired by seeing those in our community building each other up while providing high quality products.
